Whether you are a retailer managing service for your customers or an end user sending in your own device, you can choose from our three service packages: Basic, Smart and Best. For each service case, simply decide which package suits the current need and select it online when you place the service order.

Equipment Service Consultation

Get expert advice on your service request. Whether online, on the phone, or from one of our service partners worldwide.

Processing Time

The processing time refers to the length of time your device will spend at our premises whilst being calibrated and/or repaired. This does not include delivery times or the time taken to approve a quotation.

Cost Estimate

When requesting a service, you can choose the release limit above which you would like to receive a cost estimate, so that you can keep track of the costs. Regardless of the amount you choose, we will assess whether the potential repair costs are cost-effective and, if necessary, inform you of this free of charge.

Free Loaner Device

If we are unable to meet the processing time, we will provide you with a free loaner device on request, subject to availability.

Express Delivery

To ensure you get your device back as quickly as possible, we offer an express delivery service. Costs for additional shipping fees are based on your location. .

VIP Account Manager

You’ll be assigned your own VIP account manager at Wöhler or our local service partner, whom you can contact if you have any questions or encounter any difficulties.

Pickup Arrangement

If you would like us to arrange pickup of your products / your product at your premises, we’ll be happy to organise this for you. This service is subject to a copayment.
